Broker Courses
For many licensed real estate agents, the next step in their real estate career is becoming a broker. A broker designation shows potential clients that you have the time in the field and the educational expertise to competently represent their interests in a variety of real estate transactions. Becoming a broker also opens up new income potential for most agents.
Our five-week broker course prepares candidates to successfully sit for their Florida broker's license and covers topics including broker responsibilities in managing a real estate office, legal requirements and regulations, financing, and more.
Pre-Licensure Candidates
In order to obtain a broker’s license with the state of Florida, candidates must hold an active real estate sales associate license (in any state) and have been practicing under the direction of a broker for at least two years.
After the satisfactory completion of a qualified 72-hour broker’s licensure class, like those given by TEAM Hughes, candidates may sit for the state exam.
