Continuing Education
In addition to need-specific sales associate and broker post-licensing courses, every real estate licensee in the state of Florida (whether active or inactive) must take 14-hours of continuing education every two years along with their three-hour required Core Law course.
If continuing education is not completed on time, licensees may face severe fines and have their license inactivated. During any inactive period, a licensee may not practice real estate.
