Every month, TEAM Hughes Real Estate School presents a One-Week Fast Track Real Estate class, which is an accelerated version of the required 63-Hr. Pre-License Salesman class. We have calculated the number of minutes required by the State of Florida and have inserted them into a one-week long curriculum. This one-week class has been extremely successful; however, it leaves many people scratching their heads in wonder.  

TEAM Hughes Real Estate School does not advertise its success rate; we would rather let the students do that for us by word of mouth to their spheres of influence. We can tell you our pass rate is high, and that is because we teach exactly what the syllabus instructs us to teach. We don’t chase rabbits, although we will take questions as time allows. It’s humorous to witness the difference in attitude of our students between Monday and Saturday. By Monday, we’ve become a team on a mission, and I believe that makes all the difference in the world. Our students study together, sometimes we even pray with them if they ask. They are told in the beginning what to expect and when the stress level will come down a couple notches.

TEAM Hughes Real Estate School isn’t just about the money. Sure, we must pay the bills just like everyone else, but our culture is more about relationships than anything. I am still in touch with some students I taught years ago in South Carolina! We want others to succeed, and because we care, it makes it a bit easier for our students to excel.

If you are thinking about getting your real estate license, I believe we have the best course around. Many adults will express their doubts about taking a course that only lasts a week, but when you finish the class on the 7th day, you are full of information that is pertinent to the state exam, so many of our students take the state exam as quickly as possible so the information doesn’t become stale. Then, once they pass the state exam, they can step into the real world of real estate, and still have the theoretical knowledge they need to carry them to success.
